The origins

2001
A high quality casting machine was acquired in order to achieve this purpose and manufacture A1 quality HPU. This new casting machine was transformed, adapted for the HPU production and equiped with instruments which measure fluids. Special software controls these instruments and guarantees the consistant top quality of HPU.

2002
The definitive settings happened during the year 2002. At the same time PU1TEC was working on the development of LTPU (special PU resistant at very low temperatures). We also started with the production of rubber thanks to the purchase of modern machines.

2003
At the beginning of 2003, our company was able to offer a complete assortment of raw materials in rubber such as NBR, EPDM, H-NBR, MVQ, Viton, etc…

2004
During 2004, we developed new PU materials for example SL-PU, H-PU 55 shore D and new rubber materials such as aflas.

2005
At the end of the year 2005, we purchased a turning-lathe and started with the production of seals (up to a diameter of 420mm).

2006
Extension of our production site by a 1000m2 space.

2009
PU1TEC developed its first CNC machine, the PU250

2010
We moved into our new offices and production plant.
